Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless llocalit, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
